All our form links must use this template. It enables customers to see what details and documentation they will need before filling in a form, plus how long it will take them. They can tick these items off, though that is purely for their own visual benefit. If there are no special details needed, the checklist part of the box can be omitted.
The boxes are also linked to a 'form down' system. If forms are undergoing maintenance they can be taken down so the button is greyed out and a message about the downtime appears. This can be done in a individual box or globally based on categories e.g 'Verint form' or 'payment form. Forms can have multiple categories.
