Lighting Apparatus
- The applicant shall ensure that access is maintained to all lighting apparatus within the area of the licensed activity/site to allow for maintenance. Where this is not possible, the applicant will need to secure relevant agreements from SSE Enterprise Lighting Services.
- If the applicant requires any lighting apparatus to be removed or relocated as part of their works, they will need to secure relevant agreements from Southampton City Council via SSE Enterprise Lighting Services.
- The applicant is responsible for ensuring the highway remains adequately lit at all times.
- The applicant will bear all associated costs incurred by SSE Enterprise Lighting Services for any of the above.
- The permit/licence will not be issued until such time as we receive formal confirmation from SSE Enterprise Lighting Services, that all relevant issues have been agreed to their satisfaction.
