Parking fraud

You can contact the council to advise us of parking fraud, alleged misuse of Blue Badges or parking permits. Please provide as much information as you can.

For example:

The name and address of the person suspected of misusing a blue badge or permit
The registration number, colour, make and model of the vehicle that the blue badge is being misused in
The serial number of the misused blue badge
The nature of misuse
The location where the misuse is occurring, or where the person lives

What happens next?

All cases will be thoroughly investigated, but we cannot inform you of the outcome.

If you believe a person is claiming disability benefits, Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payments (PIP) that they are not entitled to, please report them to the Department for Work and Pensions fraud team.
