Signposting to other services and support
As part of HAF, providers are required to supply information, signposting or referrals to other services and support that would benefit attendees, including both the children and their families.
This includes sessions and information provided by Southampton City Council or other external organisations. To support this, we have detailed key information across several topics. This includes an A-Z of topic areas and a brief description of available services/organisations/resources that form part of that topic.
Please note: This list is not exhaustive, and providers are welcome to signpost/refer HAF participants to other relevant services. For any other questions or key topic areas, you can search the directory of support services.
