BSR Single Hourly Rate 2025-26
Southampton and Eastleigh Building Control Partnership - Statement regarding working with the Building Safety Regulator.
The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) is the Building Control Authority for high risk buildings.
Southampton and Eastleigh Building Control Partnership will support the BSR in determining compliance with building regulations. Commencing on 1 April 2025, the following single hourly rate will apply: £81.15 plus VAT.
This rate will be kept under review and has been calculated to achieve full cost recovery. The rate is approved by Southampton City Council’s Section 151 officer.
