Vokes Park
Vokes Park is an area of contemporary landscaping, next to Dock Gate Four. The dockside location offers an area for viewing the arrival and departure of cruise liners.
The park is named after Alderman Frederick Vokes who served as chairman of the Public Land Committee, when he initiated many park improvements including the previously drab area along Platform Road.
