Monitoring your grant
If you have been awarded a grant from the council you will need to submit a monitoring form and copies of your receipts when it ends. We will not consider you for funding again until we have received these.
The end date of your grant is stated in both your grant award letter and the grant terms and conditions you signed when your grant was awarded.
We accept receipts in a variety of forms. They can be digital copies, scanned copies, screenshots or photos as long as they are from a retailer or supplier and clearly show what was bought, when it was bought and how much it cost.
The monitoring forms for our regular grant schemes are available to download from this page. The forms and copies of receipts should be emailed to grants@southampton.gov.uk
