Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

The Armed Forces Covenant is the first step in ‘partnering with defence’. It can be signed by businesses, charities and organisations to show their support to the Armed Forces community.

The key premise of the covenant is a promise to treat those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, fairly. It is a document containing a variety of pledges which can be tailored to your business or organisation. Find out more at Armed Forces Covenant.

How do I sign the covenant?

Once you are ready to sign, you should send the completed, signed, and scanned document direct to afcovenant@rfca.mod.uk. Include your organisation name, company registration, and head office address.
