Free loft insulation for council tenants!

Help lower your fuel bills this new year with free loft insulation. This offer is available to all tenants, regardless of Council Tax band. It will just depend on the type of property you live in.

If you are interested, please call 023 8254 5463, between 9am and 3.30pm, Monday-Friday.

If you are offered free loft insulation from any provider other than us, please say no. This is a breach of your tenancy agreement.

Look out for the survey

If you’re one of the 1600 people selected to receive a call or email inviting you to participate in our Tenant Satisfaction survey, please do take the time to respond. Your views are invaluable in helping us to make important improvements.

Struggling to cope this festive season?

If you’re facing the new year on your own, why not pop into one of the city’s Warm Welcome Spaces in local libraries where you can join in free activities, meet other people, and enjoy a friendly welcome.

View the full list of Warm Welcome activities which are open to all with no pre-booking, and include a free hot drink and snack.

Stay safe this new year

We do all we can to keep you safe and have created a new fire safety webpage packed with information from fire doors to sprinkler systems, specific advice on the type of block you live in, and answers to common safety questions.

You can also find a useful guide with top tips on how to reduce the risk of fire in your home and details of how you can report any safety concerns with your block.
