Tenant participation and engagement

We encourage and support tenants and leaseholders to be involved so that together we can improve the service and make a difference in communities.

We will:

  • Give residents a wide range of opportunities to influence and be involved in the service
  • Work with tenants and leaseholders to ensure there is a resident-focused service 
  • Ensure residents are involved when developing housing-related policies and priorities
  • Involve residents in decision making processes and the setting of service standards
  • Empower residents to scrutinise the performance of the service
  • Be supportive of the ambitions for resident involvement as outlined by the Regulator of Social Housing
