Check how we’re doing and help improve the service for everyone
With input from tenants, we are developing a new online performance page where you can find out more about our performance in delivering the housing service – and challenge us to make improvements where needed.
It’s all about raising standards by giving you more insight into how we work and empowering you to ensure that your voice is heard.
The new page brings together useful performance information into one convenient place online, so you can easily check how we’re doing and see where we need to get better.
The methods we use to monitor our performance include:
- Publishing an Annual Report that summarises our achievements and performance over the past year
- Carrying out regular tenant satisfaction surveys to ask what you think of the housing service. The next survey will be conducted later this month by a company called Acuity, please do take the time to respond as your feedback is crucial
- Comparing our performance with other similar sized social housing providers, using Housemark. Housemark collects data from across the UK social housing sector and we use this to see how we compare with other landlords, check we are providing value for money and to identify areas for improvement
We are busy updating the online performance page with even more data. Soon you will also be able to check here to see how we are responding to your complaints and see all the key performance information in one handy online dashboard.
You can also go online to read a quarterly update from our Tenant Participation and Engagement team. This regular report includes details of recent tenant engagement activities, news from various tenant groups and forums, and details of upcoming events.
And if you’re not sure how to interpret our performance details, why not attend our free upcoming tenant training course on Understanding Performance Information? Choose from two dates and venues (June 11 in the Civic Centre or June 30 in Challis Court, Holyrood) for an informative session that will explain how you can check we’re doing a good job, scrutinise our performance and how you can hold us to account.
