Advice and support to help resolve neighbour disputes
Our antisocial behaviour team are running a free online event on Wednesday 2 July from 2pm to 3pm providing useful advice on how to resolve neighbour disputes. If you would like to sign up to watch and participate, please contact our tenant engagement team for details.
Survey coming through your letter box
If you didn’t complete the recent customer household survey online you will soon receive a paper copy through the letterbox. Please complete and return in the prepaid envelope or scan the QR code on your letter if you would prefer to complete the survey online. We are also conducting a separate tenant satisfaction phone survey at the end of July, please take a couple of minutes to provide your responses if you are selected to receive a call.
Free programmes for parents
We all know that raising children can sometimes be challenging, so our Family Hubs offer a range of free programmes to provide parents and carers with practical support and advice.
One of the upcoming summer courses will help you to understand the behaviour of children aged two years and up, and equip you with skills to respond in a more positive way. Programmes will run at Clovelly Family Hub on 4 and 11 July and you can also opt to join in online on 5 and 12 August 2025. Find out more in this video and book your free place online.
