Our conferences are the must-attend event open to council tenants, leaseholders and shared owners only.
Our annual conference is your chance to hear about how housing services are run, share your opinions on how we can improve, ask questions, and listen to some great speakers.
Annual Conference 2025
This year's Housing annual conference is taking place from 6pm to 8.30pm on Tuesday 25 March at the city venue.
You can attend in person or join in online from the comfort of your home.

If you would prefer to participate in the conference online you will be able to watch a live stream of the entire event via a Teams meeting, and take part in polls and ask questions online through the Teams platform. Book to watch the live stream.

Tenant Housing Conference July 2023
The majority of speakers at our Tenants housing conference held on 12 July 2023 were tenants of Southampton City Council. It gave tenants the opportunity to share some of the fantastic work they have been doing the last year. Some of the groups speaking were the Tenant Resource Group, the Tenant Inspectors and the Tenant Repairs Panel.
