New council homes and estate regeneration
We are focused on helping communities develop into thriving neighbourhoods that reflect Southampton as a vibrant and diverse city. Our aim is to build a safe, inclusive and friendly environment, where everyone can access the opportunities the city has to offer.
Townhill Park regeneration
The estate regeneration of Townhill Park will see hundreds of homes built across a number of identified sites within the estate, alongside the community green space, Townhill Green.

Roundhill Close
Plot one, 46 Roundhill Close, was the first plot to be developed as part of the regeneration of Townhill Park. 56 new homes were built, of which 50 were flats and six were three-bedroom houses. The project completed in 2019.
In 2021, the council carried out building surveys and found that there were issues whilst repairing a damaged communal door. The door needed replacing which led to other communal areas being checked and needing correcting.
Since then, the council has been working hard with the contractor Vistry (previously known as Drew Smith) to rectify the works themselves. The works to 46 Roundhill Close remain ongoing.
