How to make your home feel warmer – for free!
The freezing temperatures earlier this year left lots of people worrying about rising heating bills, but as a council tenant you can benefit from free loft insulation to keep your home warm and help reduce your energy bills
If you have a loft space in your home, simply get in touch and we will:
- Carry out a full loft insulation survey to determine what your loft needs
- Remove any old insulation if needed
- Unblock the eaves to allow air circulation and prevent any mould on ceilings
- Organise for any pest control, asbestos, leaks or repair issues to be resolved
- Fix raised boarding that sits above the insulation for you to store personal belongings (as long as you have written permission from your local housing office
- Install new insulation that works by locking the warmth inside your home
