Change Grow Live (CGL) – can support you through your journey to recovery. CGL services are free and confidential, and are open to all adults experiencing difficulties with drugs and alcohol.
DASH (No Limits) – Drugs, Alcohol Support and Health (DASH) is a service for young people under the age of 25 who would like support with their drugs or alcohol use. The DASH team can give you a wide range of information, advice, support and counselling around any substances you're using, their effects and risks, as well as how to keep yourself safe. You can receive one-to-one support with your own DASH support worker at home, in your school, college or university, or in a place where you feel most comfortable.
OK Rehab – is a website that offers guidance and support for people experiencing problems with substance misuse and co-occurring mental health problems.
Parent Support Link – supports and informs the family and friends of people who use drugs and alcohol.

Active Nation have a variety of activities on offer from On Demand workouts at home, swimming sessions, exercise classes and 12-week gym and swim memberships. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower – for people with hidden disabilities. Wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower discreetly indicates to people around the wearer including staff, colleagues and health professionals that they need additional support, help or a little more time. Since its launch in 2016, it has now been adopted globally by major airports and venues and in the UK, by many supermarkets, railway and coach stations, leisure facilities, the NHS, a number of police, fire and ambulance services, and an increasing number of small and large businesses and organisations.
Saints4Sports – offers free educational, sport and employment support activities to adults who are affected by the harmful impact of substance misuse, homelessness, poor mental health and involvement with the Criminal Justice System. Saints4Sports provide a structured timetable of activities, which includes gym sessions, cycling, Tai Chi, golf, fishing, keep fit, boxing and of course, football – there is something for everyone!
Saints Kicks – aimed at 8-18 year olds, strives to bring young people together to play Street Football whilst socialising with friends. (Some sessions may be cancelled or moved online due to COVID-19)
Saints Switching Play – supports young people aged 14-17 to overcome life challenges whilst giving them the tools to thrive within society. This referral-based project challenges behaviour through one-to-one mentoring, group and community work, leading towards positive changes in behaviour and attitude.
SeeAbility – provide specialist support, accommodation and eye care help for people with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss.
Southampton Sight – offer a one stop hub for people living with sight loss. This includes information and advice about equipment or visual aids, arranging for a volunteer to visit a blind or partially sighted person at home and offering emotional reassurance.
Blind in Business – support blind and partially sighted people into work and apprenticeships
Open Sight – offer a range of services for those with, or at risk of sight loss. These range from home visits, benefits advice to family support services and social clubs.
