Mental health resources and services for adults
Just like good physical health, looking after your emotional wellbeing is important. It is okay not to be okay - we all have times when we feel low, anxious, or overwhelmed. But there are things we can do to help us feel better, whether that is taking a moment to breathe, talking to a friend, or seeking help.
Good mental health and wellbeing are essential to living happy and healthy lives. They can help us sleep and feel better, do the things we want to do, and deal with difficult times in the future.
There are a number of places you can go for mental health and wellbeing support in Southampton, both online and in person. Below are some examples. Further service information for adults is available from our directory of support services as well as the Southampton Mental Health Network directory.
