  • Access video support, online chat, or call support through the Solent Mind Lighthouse ‘Attend Anywhere’ service, where you will be taken through to a virtual waiting room. The service runs from 4.30-11.30pm. Alternatively, drop-in at one of their two locations in Bitterne or Shirley (closes at 10.30pm) or text ‘Lighthouse to 07789 390 812
