Case study: Balfour Beatty Living Places

Southampton Pound, good things happen when you spend local

About the project

Southampton City Council entered into a partnership with Balfour Beatty Living Places (BBLP) in October 2010 to provide an efficient, sustainable and community focussed highways and infrastructure service.

The partnership supports the council through cost certainty and maximising value through collaborative working to deliver all aspects of highways maintenance and development.
