Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

The Armed Forces Covenant is the first step in ‘partnering with Defence’ and can be signed by businesses, charities and organisations to show their support to the Armed Forces community. The overarching premise of the Covenant is a promise to those who serve, or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, that they will be treated fairly. It is a document containing a variety of pledges which can be tailored to your business or organisation offering support. You can find more details at Armed Forces Covenant.

Once you are ready to sign you should send the completed, signed and scanned document direct to afcovenant@rfca.mod.uk along with details of your organisation name, company registration, and head office address.
