Southampton Crematorium Granite kerb memorial plaques border our memorial gardens. They are produced in singles, doubles and triple blocks and comprise a granite tablet and silver flower vase for cut flowers.
You may dedicate the memorial to more than one loved one by using the whole kerb block or focus on a individual block.

Plaques can be dedicated for 5, 10 or 20 years and are renewable thereafter.
Application form
The granite kerb plaque form can be filled in and returned by email or printed off and sent by post. On receipt of the form a member of the team will contact you to discuss your requirements.
