If you didn't add a service during the set up, you can add them from the My Services page:
- On the My Services page, add your Council Tax account number (this will be on the top left corner of any bills or reminders you've received)
- At this point, if you have previously requested a PIN, you can enter it here by selecting 'Enter your PIN'
- Select 'Access Now' and you will be taken through to a series of security questions relating to your account
- If you are unable to answer the questions you will need to tick ‘I don’t have enough information to continue’ and select 'Next'
- If your answers to the security questions do not match the database or you ticked ‘I don’t have enough information to continue’, you can request a PIN by selecting 'Send me a PIN'
- The PIN will be issued by post to the address that is held for the given account
- If all the questions are successfully answered a confirmation message will appear
