What does the Review cover and how do I get involved?
When undertaking a review, a local authority must:
a) seek to ensure that all the electors in the constituency have such reasonable facilities for voting as are practicable in the circumstances;
b) seek to ensure that so far as is reasonable and practicable, the polling places they are responsible for are accessible to all electors, including those who are disabled, and when considering the designation of a polling place, must have regard to the accessibility needs of disabled persons.

Any elector in the constituency may make a representation in relation to polling district boundaries and/or the location and suitability of polling places.
For information, a map showing the existing polling district boundaries and a schedule of the current polling places for each polling district can be found on the 'Forms and Documents' webpage.
The council also welcomes comments or representations from any other interested parties such as councillors, local political parties, organisations or individuals with expertise in access for persons with any type of disability and other community groups.
A template 'comments' form can be found below. Whilst use of this form is not compulsory, any representations must be made in writing. In addition, any submissions we do receive will be published on the 'Forms and Documents' webpage at the conclusion of this review.
On completion of this review a new electoral register will be published to reflect any changes made to polling arrangements.
