Sheltered Housing – Proposed support service re-design consultation
Southampton City Council is consulting on proposals to re-design the council’s support offer in the Sheltered Housing service.
The proposed changes cover support delivered to residents living in the council’s sheltered housing accommodation, including face-to-face support from housing staff, emergency 24-hour support services, and the charges relating to these services.
We would like to hear your thoughts on the proposals and any impacts or alternative suggestions you would like us to consider. Now is your opportunity to have your say.
