Opening hours: 10am-3pm, Monday-Friday.

You can use our website to report or apply for services, including:

• Potholes
• Graffiti
• Council Tax
• Housing Benefit
• Homelessness enquiries
• Parking:
  • Requests for a new permit, or to renew an existing permit
  • Suspended bay enquiries
• SmartCities
  • Top up or view your Itchen Bridge account
  • Senior bus pass

You can also make a payment online
Your card must be registered for 3D Secure for the payment to be successful.

If you do not have the facility to scan your documents and normally visit Gateway to use this service, you can take a photo of any documents and submit them via the webform or email to the department direct.

If you do not have access to the internet at home, you can use one of our new self-serve terminals, you can also drop-in to talk about urgent matters such as homelessness and domestic violence. Just speak with one of our friendly floorwalkers on arrival if you require assistance.
