Community centres
You can book a community centre or the rooms in a community centre to hold a meeting, party or event.
All centres are run by volunteers and they each make their own bookings. We are unable to assist with any bookings or queries in respect of your booking, please contact the centre direct.

Freemantle Community Centre hosts regular groups and activities, and has various rooms to hire.

Kingsland Community Centre
The Kingsland Community Centre building is over 100 years old but has been completely refurbished inside. Currently the centre is home to many groups and classes.

Lordshill Community Centre
Has large and small halls and a meeting room available to hire for parties, weddings, events, and groups for various activities.

Lordswood Community Centre
Lordswood Community Centre is home to many groups and organisations. They host health and fitness groups along with coffee mornings, regular craft fairs, table top sales, talks and special interest events.

Merryoak Community Centre
Merryoak Community Centre has a large light hall, smaller meeting room and kitchen. The rooms can be hired by community groups and private users for one off or regular activities.

Moorlands Community Centre is purpose built, designed in a Swiss-style. It has a large bright hall with laminate floor and high ceiling together with a kitchen.

Regents Park Community Centre
Regents Park Community Centre is within the grounds of Tanners Brook School. You can book the centre for various activities, meetings or children's parties.

Sholing Community Centre
Sholing community centre has a good sized hall with plenty of natural light. A stage provides a space which can be used for small performances.

St. Denys Community Centre
A vibrant hub with rooms for hire. Hall space for sport and leisure activities. Areas for bands to practice and rooms for clubs & associations to hold events.

Swaythling Neighbourhood Centre
You can hire the hall which has access to a kitchen and garden and capacity for up to 100 people. There is also a smaller room for hire which can hold a maximum of 40 people.

This modern, fully equipped building is run by City Life Church and is used for meetings, group activities, children's parties, fitness classes, and much more.
