Business rates paperless billing

We are now able to send paperless bills to our customers.

If we have your email address, when you next receive a bill from us you will receive an email with a link to view a PDF copy of your correspondence.You can download and save the bill for your records. 

Please note that bills are only sent out during the year when you vacate a property, have a change in liability, or your property is subject to a rateable value change.

If you have no changes to your account you will receive your next bill in March (for the following financial year). 

If you have no changes to your account you will receive your next bill in March 2026 (for the 2026 financial year). If you are still receiving paper bills from us, you can opt in to paperless billing by completing the form at Submit a Business Rates enquiry selecting the option ‘Request to Opt in to paperless Billing’. Please note – you will need your Business Rates account number to complete the form. You can find this on your Business Rates Tax bill.
