To book an appointment to register a birth or death, or to order a copy certificate, follow the links below
Parents wishing to register a stillbirth or baby/child death should email us on deathregistrations@southampton.gov.uk with your contact information. A member of the team will come back to you.
Please check with your bereavement midwives at Princess Anne Hospital as they may be able to assist you in making an appointment or they may have already been in contact with us for you.
For all other enquiries, please email registrars@southampton.gov.uk.

- Tuesday - 10am to 4:30pm
- Friday - 9am to 4pm
