Sign up for garden waste collection
Sign-ups for 2024-25 garden waste collections are now closed. You will be able to sign up for the 2025-26 service in late January 2025. Please note that garden waste cannot be placed in your household waste bin. Any garden waste will need to be taken to the Household Waste Recycling Centre or why not look into composting at home.

Cancellations and queries
If you have a query or decide that you no longer wish to subscribe to the service, please contact garden.waste@southampton.gov.uk.
On cancellation, your bin will be collected. Please note, as per the terms and conditions, there are no refunds or part refunds for the cancellation of this service part way through the year.
