If you believe your bin is lost or has been stolen, and you have checked the surrounding area for it, please request a replacement through the following form. When requesting your replacement bin please let us know if the lost bin is clearly labelled to identify it as belonging to your property.

Current cost to replace a general waste (green-lidded) bin

The charge is to cover the administration and delivery of replacement general waste (green lidded) bins and more information can be found in our frequently asked questions. Please note this is a non-refundable charge.

For other types of bins, like glass or recycling, these can be replaced free of charge.

If you reported a bin as lost or stolen but you then find the bin, please let us know so that the delivery can be cancelled. Charges paid for green-lidded general waste bins are non-refundable.
