Housing Benefit review
From March 2022 we will be reviewing selected Housing Benefit claims. This does not apply to all our claims, you only need to act if we write to you.
What to do if your claim is selected
If your claim is selected, we will contact you to complete a Housing Benefit review form which must be returned within one month.
Why is the review happening?
The review will make sure we have the most up to date details and claims are being paid at the correct amount.
Do I need to do anything now?
You only need to act if we ask you to complete a Housing Benefit review form.
