With all the stress of Christmas it can be easy to forget priority bills, but a quick phone call or click of a button means you can pay your housing charges from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you

Simply call our new automated payment line on 023 8083 3001 and choose option two to pay for charges including rent, repairs, former tenants and leasehold charges. Remember you can also pay your rent online at the touch of a button, both options are available 24/7.

Whether you call or go online, you will need your eight-digit payment reference number starting with 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18. If you don’t know your payment reference just contact our Customer Payment and Debt Team on 023 8083 3388 and select option three or four.

Our online portal, which allows you to view your rent balance, transactions and account details, is currently being upgraded and is unavailable until Friday 8 December 2023 at 4pm.

When you log in to your online rent account after this date you’ll notice that the portal will look different, but don’t worry, it still has all the same information. Plus we will be adding some new features over the next few months to further improve the online service for you.

If you do not currently have an online rent account, but would like to register to use this convenient service to view your account and make payments, please register online once the service is available after 8 December 2023.
