Where we are - Kentish Road Short Break Service

We would particularly like to feed back and praise the staffing team who seem to know and understand all service users' requirements on an individual basis, making clients feel welcome and thoroughly enjoy their stay there.

We would like to thank them all for their patience and kindness shown towards all their clients. It is a joy to see the interaction from staff and how they get the best out of their guests during their stay.

Being at Kentish was absolutely brilliant. The staff have been absolutely brilliant and it felt like home to me. I felt independent when I was there. I give them 10/10 stars.

I would come back if I could. I'd like to come back there and work in the office.

Your staff are amazing. CB (guest) said he gives them 10 out of 10. He went out with Billy to McDonalds. He told me he met a new friend. He can't wait to come again but wants to come from Friday to Sunday, which is amazing.

Please, from the bottom of my heart, thank your staff for making my boy feel so comfortable and confident.

I will have to book him a weekend, hopefully when Billy is there as he hasn't stopped telling me Billy is his mate.

Thank you for showing me and Kerry around Kentish Road. It was lovely to meet you and have a tour of the respite facilities.

The facilities are really good and it was great to see that our clients are coming to a very well-kept service, which is very good for their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Also I wanted to thank you for the support you and your team give us with our clients over respite. I know that you support a lot of our Learning Disability Team's clients, but I can personally share that your support towards TT's (guest) respite stay with you all has been wonderful. 

Hats off to your team for being able to host TT when X was unable to have him. It was good to see TT come into the Centre during our visit.
